Stunning view with sundowners on the terrace spoilt by terrorist monkey determined to steal something off our table. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We also made use of the customer experience service to arrange private transfers and tours to all the local sites. It worked out very well. There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids: Room condition: Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view. "Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable.
One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom.
Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage"
