My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service.
I had a genuine emergency that prevented me from arriving as planned. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only whether it would be possible to move my booking to another date. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is one of my favourite places to stay for work, I only wish I had more jobs in Canberra. Staff are lovely, room (apartment) is spacious with full size fridge, cooktop and microwave. Bed is very comfortable, shower has great pressure and choice of handheld or rainwater shower heads. Room service food was good, just a little limited in choice. Will definitely stay again.
