"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. "My room was very clean, with the exception there was a stain they could not get out in the carpet but that was not a big issue. The soundproofing, as other users mentioned, needs improvement but the bed and amenities were great and I had a good sleep on my layover!"

"Great location with great gym and pool. They have two parts of this hotel ( old and new ) I had to be pushy and ask to be moved to the new part and after some discussion the front office staff agreed ! Sadly there were some renovation going on and I had to call security to stop the drilling as it kept going till 11.30 pm !"

"The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, had a nice view of the water, and the hotel is next to a gas station which was convenient. The pool had some shady spots to relax, and the gym offered an array of cardio and weight options. We didn't spend time in the restaurants but room service was delicious and the bar was quite large with pool tables. We would stay there again if we return to the area."

"Staff and room service were lovely just delightful. But the room it self one phone doesnt work, shower flooded the side we told reception twice and nothing was done during our 3 day stay. The pool is across the road you have to go out of the resort through an under pass, but once you are there its all good. Beach a bit stoney, but you can manage, Staff in the pool were lovely again. My gripes are, room floors were sticky, showers leak on the side no where near the door, they need to do more quality checks. Its not bad but when you compare it to other 5 star resort it doesnt score very well. The Staff made it brilliant here."
