"Clean modern room and bathroom. Air conditioning is very loud however and minimal daylight entering rooms. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was a free for all, only one coffee machine,they don't split families and couples, buffet dinner was a better affair. Good location and friendly staff."

"From the check in with a very nice a warm welcome from a Moroccan reception staff that I forgot the name of but he was super nice ,very high standard hospitality treatment ,the check in was very helpful and detailed for my comfort ,from him checking that the room was to my comfort ,to the housekeeping staffs checking later if I need amenities,the hotel is very clean and convenient with access to the mall.always my choice for long and short visits yes to Abu Dhabi ."

"The minute I stepped into the lobby of Conrad Etihad Towers it was a wow factor, the oppulence and finishes of the hotel are amazing. The receptionist (Jess & Guest relations supervisor) and staff were very helpful with our every need. The view from the room (level 58) and the bathroom was truly spectacular, overlooking Emirates Palace and the Presedential Palace. It was a truly breath taking experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a luxury hotel, as it is close to all amenities. A big thank you to all the staff for looking after us and even being so hospitable to provide an amazing birthday cake on my brothers birthday. We really loved our stay at Conrad Etihad Towers."

"From the moment we stepped into the hotel the experience was excellent. Concientious and helpful staff made check in a breeze, and throughout the entire stay ran to open doors, did everything they could to be helpful, and made my kids smile. Binod, Parisha and more were just delightful. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. When looking at pictures of the hotel we were sure the room was an AI image - it did in fact look exactly as nice as the pictures showed. The hotel itself is bright and clean and the staff take a lot of care to make sure it always looks inviting. The meals were excellent, and the wait staff was eager to help and made sure to seat us in a place that was comfortable for our large family with small kids. There was a large variety of great food, something for everyone even picky kids. The indoor playground in the hotel is a great add on for familied with kids, and the woman working there was kind and spent a long time playing with our kids so we could have a break. The pool area is also clean and a great size - not too massive that we couldn't keep track of the kids, but big enough to feel luxurious. The kids pool is great as well, and there were plenty of towels at all times. The hotel is situated in a great location on Yas island, roughly a 5-10 minue taxi to anywhere you want to go. We also took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to the parks which left and arrived exactly on time. Our stay included some free tickets to the parks."

"Excellent stay at the wb hotel, the staff were amazing especially Wicky, Violah, Mass and Ganga at the sidekicks restaurant very helpful and attentive made my birthday special. Definitely recommend"

"This hotel stay was just what we needed because we had a layover and we needed a place to rest for half a day. It’s a solid decent hotel for this type of requirement. The rooms should have a deep cleaning because we noticed some dirt behind cabinets when we were looking for one of our children’s toys."
