A Cosy Coastal Retreat: Designed for couples or solo travellers, Apartment 10 is a thoughtfully renovated, compact one-bedroom apartment that makes the most of its incredible location. Please note the bedroom is separated from the living area by an open-plan layout and does not have a door, creating a light and airy space.



Comfort All Year Round: Stay comfortable in every season with split-system air conditioning and a ceiling fan.



Work-Friendly: A dedicated workspace is provided for guests working remotely or needing a quiet place to catch up on emails. Please note we are a regional coastal town, so WiFi can occasionally be inconsistent. If you require fast, uninterrupted internet for work or streaming, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot or dongle as a backup.



Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen includes all the essentials you'll need to prepare simple meals during your stay.



Everything You Need: Fresh bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are all provided for your convenience.



Shared Facilities: Guests have access to shared laundry and ironing facilities.

Parking: One off-street car space is included (Please note this is not undercover) with additional free unlimited street parking available on Coldstream Street.

Parking for one vehicle is available on the ground level in car space number 10.

We have contactless check-in with a lock box at your room.

There are two flights of stairs to reach the property. While the height of this property brings wonderful, elevated views, this property will not suit you if you have mobility issues.



The Neighborhood:

Yamba Views presides on top of Yamba's sought after hill location, where everything you need for the perfect Yamba beach holiday is on your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.



With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.



Getting Around:

Once you arrive at Yamba Views, you won't need a vehicle to get around. This wonderful apartment is located 100m from Yamba Main Beach, 200m from town and is walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the markets, the restaurants, the boutiques, the golf club and the iconic Pacific Hotel.



Other Things to Note:

Please be respectful of our neighbours and fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.



This is a completely smoke-free building, including all apartments and common areas. If you are looking for smoking-friendly accommodation, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.



Please note there are two large flights of stairs required to access the apartment, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.



This is a studio-style apartment, meaning there is no door separating the bedroom and living area. It offers a cosy, open-plan layout that is the perfect size for couples.
