The open plan upper level of this popular two-storey beach house enjoys a well resourced family kitchen which flows to the large dining room and up to an elevated living area boasting breath-taking ocean views. This level also encompasses three good size bedrooms with the main appreciating ocean views and access to the deck. A full family bathroom completes this level. Airconditioning in lounge with ceiling fans in queen bedrooms.

The ground level complete with a fourth bedroom, second bathroom and second living area allows privacy. This area spills out to a large fully fenced yard with undercover entertainment area. What a perfect spot for backyard cricket followed by a sunset BBQ.
