Disliked: Room comfort

お部屋からゲレンデが見えるのはとても立地が良かったです。。これぞゲレンデ直結！！気持ちのいいスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、、お食事ゃ部屋周りなど全体的に見直した方がいい部分が見受けられ残念でした。

受付の方は良かったが、

受付の方はとても良かったが、食事の席が無い、頼んだものと違うものが準備されていたり、風呂の排水溝の流れが悪く、池のようになっていた事など問題は大きい。

スタッフはそんなに悪くはなかったが部屋の設備が全然ない上、布団がとても汚く清潔感が全く無い。一言で言ったらえぐい。二度と泊まろうと思わない。

残念です！

古いホテル＋閑散期⁇ を考慮しても、残念です。夕食のメニューがわかるようにしてほしいです。わざわざ車で夕食を食べに出ました。お陰でビール飲めなかったです。
