"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "This hotel has a public bath with natural hot spring. And it also has a sauna room, too. They are comfortable, but some people feel too hot to take a bath. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but sometimes stinkbugs may come to your room. The hotel is surrounded by nature such as forest, river, and grassland. I hope you enjoy this hotel and its hot spring."

"One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic."

"Auberge de jeunesse avc box a l’etage d’un magasin tenu par un couple de personnes agée tres gentil . Etablissement tres propre mais un peu dans son jus ... Heureusement nous n’etions pas nombreux dans l’hostel pour le nombre de douches limité."
