"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "

"【改善してほしいところ】・ゴミの分別がわからない人もいるかと思った。「燃えるゴミ・リサイクルゴミ・不燃ゴミ」としか書いてなかったが、「瓶・缶・ペットボトル」それぞれどこにどうやって捨てるかも記載してほしい。・皿は茶碗系が無くて、平皿の大きさ違いが3種類あった。フライパン、鍋が豊富にあって良かった。鍋敷きがない。・キッチンのタオル掛けがほしい。洗い物をした後に手を拭くタオルをかけられない。・音が響く。リビングが2階にあり階段が吹き抜けのようになっていて、下の部屋まで音が響きやすい。・風呂自動運転をしたら、お湯が止まらず溢れてしまっていた。お湯をはる時は気をつけて見ておく。・机、椅子など至る所に角がたくさんあり、子どもがぶつかると怖いなと思った。【最高だったところ】・近くに西松屋やドラッグストアもあり、子ども連れだったがすぐに買い物に行けて、万が一何か忘れ物があってもなんとかなる！朝は歩いてすぐのパン屋さんに買いに行ける！割と近くにいろんな店があって良かった！・部屋もきれい、お風呂トイレもとても綺麗で気持ちよかった！・洗濯機を使えるところが安心！"

The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood. "Great hotel/hostel linked to a cafe, shop and cinema. The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean. Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods). Would totally recommend."
