"Stayed in a quadruple SkyTree view room with family for 6 nights and highly recommend this. Staff superb, knowledgeable and polite with good English; breakfast plentiful and varied; clean room with many charging points, bottled water, shower accessories, slippers and gowns. The area is convenient for travel - easily accessible from Haneda airport and central areas, and for shops, restaurants, 7/11s etc. If we return to Tokyo I will re-book this hotel without hesitation."

"The best value for my money: low price with free airport shuttles (see their website for instructions), free breakfast (fabulous and totally exceeding my expectations), very clean environment and the staff are friendly. "

"We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese experiences within this hotel. Convenience stores were close by and we were within walking distance to 3 train stations. The Ueno park being across the road was absolutely perfect for the full bloom of the Cherry blossoms. We didn’t realise how good a position the hotel was in until several tour guides told us we must visit Ueno park for the blossom!"
