「Very nice. Easy walk to the ocean. comfortable room」

「On our first day as we were entering the room the fire alarm went off. It went off again roughly at 10 pm at night when I was already sleeping. I am a fully disabled veteran with ptsd and having to wake up to this again was extremely upsetting. I called Expedia and was told I should hear something from the manager the next day as they were off on our first day there. Unfortunately for me I was never called or checked up on. 「The hotel itself was great, however check in wasn’t such a pleasant experience. My wife, son and I arrived at the hotel in the evening. We entered the lobby where there were already several people waiting in line to check in. The front desk employee seemed dazed and confused. He claimed his computers were acting up. Several times while we were waiting he stumbled and seemed to be nodding off. It appeared he was on some sort of substance. We finally left and went for dinner. When we came back...
