Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean, or take a quick drive to Newport for world-class seafood. After a fun-filled day, gather around the firepit and watch the sunset. Or retreat to the second-floor balcony with dazzling beachfront views. The primary suite also features a large circular window with gorgeous ocean views.

There’s plenty of space to socialize in this inviting home. The main living room boasts breathtaking ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV, and lots of cozy seating. On cooler evenings, enjoy a warm beverage and gather around the fireplace. Downstairs, a family room provides a great spot to watch a movie or play board games. There’s even a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini-fridge.

The expansive sunny kitchen provides everything you’ll need for tasty home-cooked meals, including a double sink, dishwasher, several options for making coffee, and massive amounts of counter space for meal preparation.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Firewood is not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
