Hand-cut wood beams, large picture frame windows and a massive hand-stacked rock fireplace are the crowning elements of the large, open living room. The open kitchen is beautifully designed with sold hickory cabinetry, quartz waterfall countertops, a farmhouse sink and brand new, modern appliances. There are two large bedrooms and a loft. Downstairs features a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs you will find a loft sleeping space (with a king bed that can be split into two twins) and a queen bed along with a romantic primary suite with ocean views, skylights and an on-suite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled with Carrara marble floors, solid hickory vanities and new fixtures. An attached sunroom with large windows and terra cotta tile houses a new washer and dryer for ease of stay and daily adventuring.
Outside, there is a spacious yard, at almost an acre, ideal for fun and gathering. Large, meadow-like grassy areas are perfect for playing giant Jenga, bocce ball and soccer! A large platform deck and covered pergola are nestled against Mill Creek, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. Here you will find a large picnic table, BBQ and chaise lounges for hours of enjoyment making memories with family and friends. Excellend beach access across the highway to Stonefield Beach, which is coveted by the locals for agates, jasper and petrified wood. This picturesque beach home is the perfect place to stay and explore all of the beautiful aspects of the central Oregon coast and a perfect retreat for the individual, couple, family, artist, or multi-family/firend group looking for peace, beauty and tranquility along the coast.
Need extra space? Add the Surf Perch studio apartment, sleeps two additional guests, located above the garage next to the Stonefield Beach House. This beautiful studio is a luxurious addition to the Stonefield Beach House and is private but part of the same property.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
