「You need to share bathroom and kitchen etc with others who are staying so you dont get the whole apartment. We had very noisy neighbour. No respect to others who are staying there so would not recommend. 」

「I had a horrible experience here! Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment. 4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately. Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when...

「Intercityが発着するFinikoudesのバス停から徒歩2～3分、レストランやファストフード店の並ぶ大きな海岸通りを一本入ったところにある、アパートメント形式のホテルでした。チェックイン時、宿泊客が体調を崩してすぐに動けず、他の空室もないとのことで、屋上のプールサイド(ドリンクをサービスしてくれました)や周辺を散歩して2～3時間待つこととなりました。これはむしろ、病気になった女の子やホテルの不運だったのだと思いますが…フロントのスタッフは最善を尽くしてくれたものと思います。 部屋に入れば、長期滞在者向けなので室内もバスルームも広く、キッチンも整っていましたし、WiFiもフロントで部屋用のパスワードを発行してもらって快適に使えました。ラルナカ城・ビーチ・諸々のお店・Intercityだけでなく市内の路線バスのターミナルと、いずれも徒歩圏内にあり、何をするにも便利だったと記憶しています。」

「I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again 」

「The property itself is good and the location as well. But the entire building is unsafe as it has only one exit. The entrance door was having a fault were we can't go out and no one would come. And there where no other exists to let us out. We were there for half an hour helpless. One other tenant passed through the window from outside when to his apartment and brought and iron help force the door. Which means if it was fired we could have died. The agent where not helpful. I call the agent...

「Nice large clean studio with a full kitchen. Home away from home. Highly recommend for long term stays especially if you love the beach, meditation sea and Larnaca region. Would definitely return one day. Thank you!!」
