"Wonderful attentive staff. Restaurants à la carte great and delicious. Buffet ranging from local food to Chinese to even poke bowls and sushi. The rooms clean and well stocked . Our favorite restaurant was the Italian The only little thing that could be improved would be the check in. It took way too long and after a full day of travelling all you want to do is get to your room and start to relax. The idea of a pre check in was wonderful but was not used at all in the end. Viva playa del Carmen. The power snorkel at xelha was toooo much fun."

"The rooms were clean and air conditioning was great. We had garden view rooms that was nice and peaceful the way we liked it. Staff was always friendly and offered assistance when asked. The pools were fun with two swim up bars. The kids liked the slides. When we went to the beach it was very weedy and not ideal for swimming. But after a bit of rain the beach seems to be better with less seaweed. The grounds and restaurants were clean and food was good. "

"This was my first trip as a solo traveler! And i'm gonna tell you right now-- BOOK IT! This was the most wonderful place I've ever been! The staff are constantly cleaning, always smiling, and are genuinely very happy to help! I have never felt so cared for travelling than i did at the yucatán princess resort! The food was amazing, different cycles of chefs each day in each of the restaurants! Room service was always prompt, if you needed a night to stay in or just needed that late night snack! The companies who come in with excursions are very reputable and the hotel staff will let you know if it's legit! The main thing i really appreciated was all the transparency and honesty in everything included in the resort! I can't wait to come back!"
