Clean, nice garden, friendly house keeper, and very good breakfast.

They had really fun decor in the rooms, lobby and dining area. Hotel was well kept and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience!

The room and bathroom was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious as well, the area is relaxing and private. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay at in Xincheng. I happened to get here and the host came by to greet me and check me in. She was very helpful in providing me with info on Taroko and where to eat and what to do in Xincheng. I didn't see her after check in though. The hosts seem to only appear sometimes during the day. It was a great stay for the price and location. It made seeing Taroko very easy. I would stay here again

not bad. the host is kindly and gave us helpful info. about the area. will be better is the price could be lower. will recommend it.

We are a family of four spent two nights in two rooms. Both rooms have their own individual decoration and very cute! The rooms are clean and facing the beach. A very short path right outside the hotel leads to the beach, boardwalk and recreation area. Although the hotel does not supply breakfast, it supplies snack and water bottles. A few restaurants for lunch and dinner within 5 minutes walk, including a well known no-menu (Mu Min) restaurant that requires advance reservations. There is also a...

A very enjoyable stay. Room was spacious and modern. Hosts were very gracious and kind and suggested some great restaurants nearby. There are lots of shops, car and motorcycle rentals and restaurants nearby. Train and bus station are 5 min away. Would stay again for sure.

The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!

Nice hostess and close to train station and restaurants

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Staff are nice, breakfasts are tasty, the room is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back again!

We loved our room at Zi Qing Cheng B&B. We chose it because of the reviews and they were not wrong! Our family of 4 had a car, so it made our trips to Taroko Gorge convenient (a must see!) However after hiking, it was so nice to come back to our clean and comfortable room in the city. Here we parked on the street and walked the area, which had so many great food places and good shopping. About a mile down was the big Hualien Night Market, offering up so many options for dinner, treats and...

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the more laid back location with easy access to the Hualien Indigenous Center and park on the opposite side of the road.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful - made sure I knew my way around the city and helped with booking a taxi when needed. Breakfast vouchers provided - you get a choice between Mo Dou or McDonald's. The property is pretty new and decked with sensors; motion sensors are installed so that they turn on whenever movement is sensed, cameras are installed in various corners of the property - just in the hallways though, not in the rooms :) - and keycard readers are installed on the doors...
