Esta propiedad no recibe tarjeta de credito. El cuarto no le servia el aire acondicionado. No tiene estacionamiento para el carro.Está en zona muy ruidosa. Eso si la persona que nos recibió detras del escritorio fue muy amable y atenta.

Razonablemente comodo, sin embargo no me respetaron la primera noche de mi estancia, y la alternativa propuesta no estaba a la altura. Recepción amable, tardado para recibir factura.

En general falta mantenimiento en todo el hotel. En las habitaciones el cableado está por fuera, cables colgados. Baños con humedad y salitre. Las camas rechinan. No tienen cobro con tarjeta o transferencia es en efectivo, y no hay cajeros de bancos como bbva o Santander.

Muy modesto y rústico. Subimos muchas escaleras estrechas. Sencillo para el precio. Por otra parte la señora que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial, atendiendo nuestras solicitudes.

Altamente recomendado

Una excelente opción en relación calidad-precio, el hotel es limpio, tiene lo básico para descansar por la noche (en el día hay mucho ruido por los negocios cercanos y la calle). La dueña muy amable y te da muchas facilidades y recomendaciones para comer o visitar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Bueno pero el ruido exterior molesta.

Muy buen servicio. La dueña es muy linda, agradable y servicial. El problema que para mi no es menor, es qué hay una carpintería que no deja descansar . Así que si estás dispuesto a soportar ruidos de sierras y martillazos desde temprano, este lugar es el ideal para ti .

No se si sea mi imaginación pero me parece que el precio - cosa son dispares, o bien si Xilitla esta sobre valorada para ofertar hoteles como el que use por mil pesos la noche.

excelente ubicación y personal muy amables

una posadita muy basica casi al pie de la entrada a la fantasia de edward james. Las instalaciones muy limpias y comodas. El Sr/Sra Vasques, los propietarios, conocen a fondo todos los recintos que valen visitar.

Friendly & accommodating!

This is a family-run hotel we found it primarily to sleep there while we did day trips. The room was a bit small however there were three of us with all our luggage. She offered us to move into a larger room but we had already unloaded and were satisfied with what we had.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, el hotel es céntrico, a unos pasos del centro de Xilitla, está limpio, es cómodo y la atención en el lugar es excelente.

Mal olor

El cuarto olía muy feo por qué la tubería del baño estaba por fuera y La puerta del cuarto no cerraba, con un par de movimientos se botaba el seguro, en general la atención fue excelente pero esos dos detalles me Incomodaron mucho sobre todo el olor. Adicional creo que el precio no corresponde al tipo de cuarto.

Nice hotel, good location, good price

The host & hostess of this B&B were lovely, welcoming people. They had family visiting and we all discussed the world and got to know each other better. If you're going to Xilitla to visit Las Pozas gardens, then Posada San Agustin is a good place to stay.
