However, there’s few things that happened with their customer services. I wish there’s better communication. After all, They did offered a small discount to made it up for me. Overall, I had good experience with my visit. "

"About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again."
