Room was clean. Proximity to the bell tower and the muslim quarter. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Has free afternoon tea. Our room has a strong cigarette smell though it was a non-smoking room so staff provided air purifier which gave some relief. Room has modern fixtures.

The room was spotless clean , The breakfast was amazing with variety of food items . They weee very tasty . Then staff was great and responsive to our needs . Beautiful and historic Hotel . Would visit again

Staff was excellent, food fantastic,quiet location and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Xi’an . I would like to personally thank the general manager for giving us a upgraded room , we really enjoyed it.
