The LAS OLAS complex consists of two blocks of a high-rise construction with six floors and a lift, located just sixty metres from the sand, situated in the Northern area of Xeraco beach at Avda. de la Mota No. 35. In the vicinity, you will find several restaurants and other services. It is a quiet and family-friendly area, with little traffic and guaranteed rest.
Nice apartment on the second floor, everything very well-maintained. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), a toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room, living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with awnings facing South with limited sea views. The residential complex offers extensive landscaped common areas, tennis court and communal swimming pool with Venetian steps and a small, shallow children's pool. Includes covered parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

La ubicación cerca de un chiringuito y tiene garaje.
Limpieza en general así como comprobación y/o reparación y renovación de muchos elementos de la casa, como cortinas, ventiladores, lamparas de mesilla de noche, utensilios de limpieza, etc.
Encontramos parches como una revista con cinta aislante en lo que parecía un conducto de ventilación del baño, etc.
Restos de algodones usados en el suelo y papeles sucios negros de grasa a la entrega del apartamento.

ESTUPENDO
Que permitan llevar a nuestro perro, muy agradecidos.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado con acceso fácil a la playa.
Las instalaciones complementarias, como es la piscina, plaza de garaje y pista de tenis.
En este apartamento, sería necesario cambiar uno de los sofas que está muy deteriorado o retirarlo directamente y dejar solo el sofá cama cubriendolo con una funda.
En cuanto a la limpieza, en general estaba bien. Si que sería necesario prestar atención a elementos que necesitan una limpieza más profunda como es la persianita blanca del baño más grande etc también a retirar el polvo las aspas de los ventiladores (cuando llegamos nos llamó la atención el polvo que tenían, por lo que retiramos las rejillas y los limpiamos. El del techo no llegamos a encenderlo.).
Entendemos que la limpieza profunda no se pude hacer entre salidas y entradas, por lo que comprendemos que se complica un poco...
Hablar con la comunidad para que marquen el número de la plaza de garaje.
