"The manger is the worst person I ever came across. Here for a family reunion. And I got in at 1 am. Had two kids with me, checked in, met some family in the parking lot because they had rooms around as well. He called me back in said said he's not going to let me stay. For what reason no clue. Rude and mean, and had no answer to why."

"This isn’t even an official best western. False advertising. This place did not allow us to switch dates of our stay, and yet they advertised that they had a pool — we get here and the pool is under maintenance. They didn’t care to disclose that on the website. I would say to stay at another place."
