「Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. 」

「Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...

「The views, the views, the views … so awesome! And what a great location with easy access to the ferry. A quick 650 metre walk to restaurants and shops. Quiet location but close to the noise and action of the the Sydney CBD. 」

「Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und es ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen wenn man den Hafen mit den Fähren erkunden will.Allerdings gibt es eine Baustelle im Haus mit entsprechender Lärmbelästigung im Nachbarapartment und eine undichte Stelle im Dach die provisorisch repariert wurde.Das wäre weniger störend gewesen wenn man uns vorher darüber informiert hätte.Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche, der Tagesdecke und des Sofas lassen zu wünschen übrig.Eine Grundreinigung wäre dringend zu empfehlen....

「Lovely, clean, roomy and relaxing apartment. This was the absolute best property I’ve stayed in. Everything we needed during our stay was there and available- loved the coffee maker!! We we able to walk to every place we wanted to go - plenty of shops and restaurants, we felt close to everything. It was also quiet and safe. Our host Jacquie was fantastic- she provided the exact info we needed to easily access the apartment, was very quick to respond, and genuinely sweet in her communications. 」
