"My room was a king bed and very small. Not even enough room for a chair. The TV remote could not get closed captioning and I am deaf. Very limited TV channel choices. No bathtub, which should be listed. Your online pictures do not sync with the actual site, especially your lobby pictures. And it mentions a "convenience store" which is false advertisement for basically a vending machine on a shelf. Your "restaurant/bar" should be available not just at 5:00."

"If you're planning for a long stay as I often do, pick up a folding cart/wagon so you can only have to make 1 trip, especially 2nd/3rd floor. The outside door autoslide so you don' t have to struggle with holding the door open."

"Pool is nasty"

"At first glance the hotel seems nice. However after the first hour or two you realize it’s not well maintenance. The internet/TV don’t work in our room (room 304). The tub also had a very slow drain so there was standing water which is gross when different people need to bathe. Breakfast is not included. They have a buffet breakfast for an additional $15.99. It’s so basic that I opted for the $6.00 meal at the Dunkin donut next door. The parking situation is also a nightmare. You’re charged a parking fee but there was nowhere to park on the property as they were hosting a wedding. The hotel has two elevators but only one worked. And the hotel experienced some sort of water damage as the wallpaper was peeling bad. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it’s not the worst hotel in the world. "

"Host was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great and I had no issues with parking. The room was beautiful and the shower was very nice. Air conditioning/heating was a big plus along with the smart tv in both the bedroom and the living room area. The kitchen area was very nice and has many options for cooking although I ate out for most of my stay inPhilly. Overall I would recommend this room!"
