Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK

When I was planning this trip to Philadelphia, I believe I was looking at another hotel and selected this one by mistake and didn’t realize it until I arrived the day of the check-in I was put on the third floor and upon exiting the elevator it smelled like a greasy Indian buffet, which was an immediate turn off. The room itself was clean, but the bed was horrible. I actually needed to go see my chiropractor upon returning home other than sleeping or trying to sleep here and shower that’s all I did. I didn’t encounter any staff really but if I was going back to this area, I do not think I would select this hotel again purposely

The staff was very courteous. The room was ok clean wise. I love that they have vinyl flooring now but it was a little dirty and there was a framed picture that had been taken off but you could see the broken piece left on the wall. Kind of odd. The amenities were fine. The price and the friendliness at check in, the cleanliness of the breakfast area was also nice.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, I’ve stayed at this property many many times under the former ownership/management and the quality of the rooms has definitely deteriorated. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms was acceptable for a single night stay; the other room had a stained bed covering and the wall lamp was coming apart from the wall. The furniture in both rooms was scratched and battered. I would stay with you again for a single night in and out but would not bring my family or have a longer stay. Sorry

We arrived for breakfast around 9:00am and there was almost nothing left. The hotel was not prepared for the high occupancy of the thanksgiving holiday. In addition, our keys needed to be reactivated every time we got out of the hotel.

No . If these are new owners . They should have upgrated the rooms first. Carpet had stains and was very worn in several spots. And did not look as if the floor was vacumed. Were eating breakfast and a roach was crawling up the wall. Will not be staying there again unless there is a upgrade

I recently stayed at the Willow Grove Suite in Philadelphia. The room itself was comfortable and the location was convenient, which made getting around the city easy. However, there were a few things that could have been better. There was no room service available during my stay, which was disappointing and a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was provided, but it was just okay, nothing special and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for upgrades in service and amenities.
