"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es sind nur ein paar Meter bis zum Wasser. Die Kneipen/Gaststätten sind alle schnell erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es von der Lautstärke angenehm ruhig. Eine Schule ist in der Nähe. Da wird es in den Pausen morgens etwas lauter. Stört aber nicht, da man dann ja am bzw. auf dem Wasser ist bzw. in der Landschaft wandert ;-)Der Zoo in Hannover ist eine Reise wert. "Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben und mit Fotos dokumentiert.Alles da, was man braucht.Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr wohlgefühlt und immer die schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser genossen. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge, sogar nach einem heftigen Gewitter.Wir kommen gerne wieder"

"Chain hotel. Relatively new. Room perfectly adequate size for this level of hotel. Only one person at Reception, but it was a Sunday. We did not have to wait but saw a queue later. Our room only had towels for one (we were a couple) which was a bit irritating. Car park is a public car park with an entry into the hotel. It is, as others have said, crazily expensive - €30 + per night. Finding the hotel was tricky as satnav told me I had arrived at the car park, which shares the address. One side of the hotel has scaffolding and curtain, which makes it difficult to spot. The thing that really surprised us was the restaurant. We had low expectations and the limited menu reduced them further. But we had driven from England and were too tired to go out looking for a restaurant. At first we were the only clients and then another couple arrived. I order the smashed burger and my wife ordered beef cheeks. Both dishes were excellent. Well cooked, tasty and well-presented. The server was very friendly as well. Quite amazing, in a good way!"
