"The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. "We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed.
