Struttura nuova e ben curata alle spalle del municipio, personale della reception cordiale. La colazione ottima e abbondante viene servita in un bar-ristorante a due passi dalla struttura. Unico inconveniente nel bagno anche se pulito era presente un forte odore di fogna. Comunque nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

This was not the aprtment we stay at. Got a taxi from airport to the address we were given to be told we had to walk 10 minutes to an other apartment place near square with all our luggage. Finally got there to be told this where we were staying so there was no need to go to the first place at all which i couldnt undedstsnd. I know i was told when i booked we might have to go somewhere else to get key but to expect someone ti walk 10 minutes across town in the dark no idea where we were going was wrong. If i was told to go straight to the plsce to get the key and told thats where we were staying anyway would of been great. The fact we were sent somewhere which didnt look a saft place and no need to go there was totally wrong.

This was not the property that I booked. It was a different location to the one that we booked which we had our transfer organized to drop us to. We had to drag our luggage across the city to the new location. When we got there we had a few hours to wait until our room was ready so we went for lunch and arrived back at 3pm. We were given a key to room 206 and we made our way up to it. We opened to door to a room that was only half built and not clean. I went back to reception and explained this to the girl at the desk. She didn’t believe me and I had to persuade her to have a look. She did and then issued us a key to a different room. No apology was given. We went to room 313 and at least this room was ready. Upon a closer look it was not clean with the bin in the toilet still full from the previous occupant’s. The room was spacious with two windows but they did not have blinds so at sun rise ,5.30am, you were blinded by the sun. We had no where to store our clothes as there was only one rack with three hangers. There was a little area to cook but it only had enough plates for one person. We had no house keeping for the five days we were there and had to use the same towels for the five days and we had to purchase toilet rolls ourselves. I understand that this a inexpensive place to stay but cleaning standard should be the same no matter where you stay. I would not have picked this location when booking , I didn’t pick this location. I am not happy

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT - worst experience ever

I do not recommend staying at this place. There was no electricity in the room. Tried to call the reception and let them know about the problem but was ignored for 40 mins. Owner of this place asked me to fix the fuse. Sorry, but this is not my job. I have wasted 3 hours to try to get their help, but finally i asked for money return and stayed in diffrent place. Mr Maciej (Owner) was very unplesant to the recepcionist when she called him for help. Also i was not informed keys needs to be picked up from Sukiennice street (10 mins away from apartment) and i have wasted a lot of time trying to call the reception, phone number provided by them in Reservation email does not exist. Spent a lot of time googling it. Whole thing took 3 hours that i have wasted trying at the begining to get some help from them, but finally ending up with request of money return.

The kitchen could have been better furnished. There was only 1 glass and missing butter knives, for example, so we had to share. Otherwise, great location, price and apartment. It was nice to have the option of paid parking. Highly recommend this place. Do note that you may need to go to a difference location to pick up your key.

Terrible service. Not recommended.

The service is terrible. I went to the address sent to my email, nobody was there. I had to buy skype credits and call their number. They asked to go to a different address to get the keys. I told it was impossible, because I had luggage. They asked someone in the building to give me the key. In the apartment the bed linnen was dirty and old, I sent them a picture. They ignore me. I asked for the WiFi code and it took them 2hrs (+~) to answer me. To do the check out, I sent them an email, they told me to leave the keys in the reception. When I tried to do it, the doorman said no. Anyway, I just want to relax and enjoy my vacation and this terrible service gave me a headache.

Christmas Market in Wroclaw, Poland 2018.

First day was not to be expected when the check in desk was a block away and it was raining out. After receiving the key to the apartment and settled in the rest of our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The place was spacious and clean. It’s no way like the pictures presented online. Much more casual and normal setting. Nothing fancy to the appeal. The location to the City Center and shopping centers is a short walk which makes it convenient. The washer come in handy but the stove was an issue. It didn’t work. Overall, we had a great time during our short vacation and the apartment was worth the price and stay. Thank you Aparthotel.

Perfect location close to market square

Beautiful city, apartments close to centre as well as shops and supermarkets. Room was right size for 2 people however when we arrived the bin had not been emptied and room not made up. Staff were friendly however we left our bags at reception after check out as we were not being picked up until later. Member of staff informed us that bags would be stored away. When we arrived back at the hotel waiting for our taxi I noticed the bags had not moved. Passports and valuables could have easily been taken. I would stay there again but just be mindful about leaving luggage

場所：最高：ショッピングモールの向かい側にあり、買い物は非常に便利。勿論、そこで軽く外食をしたりすることもOK。また、中心街にも近く、歩く5分程度。 部屋：広くて、ビジネス出張にとって最高。自分でご飯を作ろうとしたら、キッチンに必要なものは全揃い。 フロント：非常に親切。 今後チャンスがありましたら再度利用したい。

Probleme im Arbeitsablauf

Es gab einiges das nicht gut war: - Die Rezeption war häufig nicht besetzt und man musste lange waren. - Die Betten im Zimmer waren bei Übergabe nicht bezogen, Handtücher gab es keine. Wurde dann aber alles gebracht. - Das Geschirr in den Schränken war nass. - Toilettenpapier war zu wenig. Positiv waren: - Lage - Leise

The overall experience was "fine". The room was clean and the location was very walkable to the center. A few inconveniences and annoyances: 1) I reserved 2 rooms, of which they could only find one reservation when we checked in even though I had called to confirm our arrival that morning. 2) They couldn't find our reserved parking spot, also confirmed during our phone conversation. 3) We paid for breakfast but were not able to get breakfast the first day due to a late check-in (breakfast orders need to be placed by 6pm). This information would have been appreciated in one of the many pre-arrival conversations/emails. The money was not refunded and nothing close to an apology was even offered. 4) The days we did get breakfast, the meal was inconsistent. One day we were given coffee, as ordered, one day we were not. One day rolls and fruit were provided, one day they were not. 5) Construction was taking place on the exterior directly outside the room. The windows were covered with plastic and it was quite noisy. 6) The elevator was broken, no big deal, but the motion sensored lights in the stairwell and hallways were not coming on. Mild safety hazard and slightly creepy... Some of the staff were very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean but overall it was an odd experience.

Appartment in guter Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathausplatz. Den Namen des Hotels haben wir aber außen am Gebäude nicht finden können. Das Zimmer war ein neuwertiges Ein-Zimmer-Appartment mit kleiner, aber voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der Zugang zum Zimmer führt über einen Flur ohne Tageslicht. Die Beleuchtung im Flur war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt. Das Zimmer nur mit Handy-Licht zu finden. Der Aufzug war ab dem zweiten Tag außer Betrieb (das Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock). Die Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption waren dennoch immer freundlich. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern Frühstück aufs Zimmer. Bei drei gebuchten Übernachtungen wurde das Frühstsück jedoch am zweiten Tag "vergessen". Dafür gab es einen Preisnachlaß beim Checkout. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Man hätte diesen jedoch gegen 50pln pro gewünschter Reinigung zubuchen können.
