  • Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
    Sandy Toes Suite 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only.
    This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

    There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
    Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
    You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
    POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
    Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Perfect Beach Location

The property location was perfect for spending time on the beach. The mornings were very peaceful out on the balcony and early morning walks in the beach. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Right on the beach!

If you love people watching and being close to the beach then this condo is perfect for you! It is on the first floor so while you can see the ocean, it’s limited view of the sand. There is a constant stream of people walking by and cars turning around but it made for really interesting people watching. There are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and a little grocery store all within a few steps. I loved having the washer/dryer in unit.

Great weekend

Property is perfect location right on the beach ! Yes there is a view but remember your on first floor so dunes are there. Checking was easy. Property was totally clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the street coming up to the beach is right there and all the cars do a u turn and also you can see the trash cans. But I would def go back!! Beach access was so easy! And you can walk to so many cute places.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Wrightsville Beach, BUT Unit 107 is front and center of all Uber/Lyft arrivals and departures as well as others. Constant heavy flow of cars turning around right under the porch, car alarms beeping and doors slamming, as late as 3am each morning. Sleep is tough to come by, even with ear plugs. Obviously you pay extra for a suite with direct ocean view, but the use of the porch is limited by the above-mentioned traffic and very loud groups of beach-goers passing by constantly.

The building was clean and orderly although we had a bit of trouble with the code and getting in the elevator end of the building. The other door & code was much easier to use. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were initially in another unit that had a dead refrigerator upon arrival. (Hey, it happens.) I called the property management company and they sprang into action! Seriously, it was almost 5pm Friday of a holiday weekend! They answered the call and were almost immediately (within 30 mins) on site and a plan was hatched that would get us into this unit. It was even larger! I cannot say enough about Holly's customer service!

#Beaching at One South Lumina

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in the Sandy's Toes Suite the week of Labor Day. The holiday weekend was extremely busy with no room on the beach. The rest of the week was less crowded fortunately. I was under the impression our beach access was private to the surrounding condo's but public access used it so it was hard to have peace and quiet on our balcony since it's right at the beach access On the other hand it was good people watching. The beach has tons of shells and not much sand. Waves were rough but manageable and had great weather. The unit needed more towels and toilet paper. Our batteries were dead in the remote control to the living room and hardly working the other remote control in the bedroom. The sliding door to our balcony was very hard to open and close. The spray off shower is at the pool instead of at the beach access which we had to discover. The unit has nice private parking. Loved the convenience of the shops, bars, small grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.

This is 10 steps to the beach, it literally cannot be closer. Parking was a plus. The building is newly renovated, plus the unit is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat with all the bars and restaurants well within walking distance. I will be back.

First time to wrightsville beach. The location of this place was perfect to so many things, we walked for dinner, coffee, snacks, ect. The only thing is the building sits at one of the most popular public beach access so there a lot of people in and out and did get loud late at night twice but not for too long. It was pretty clean, there was some sand on the top bunk bed but bed was made so I’m thinking someone before had sat there beach bag up there?? Enjoyed being so close to stairs, pool and beach access. Loved the laid back vibe of this quaint beach town and the beach was very clean and family friendly! We will definitely be back to visit again!
