「We traveled here from Shelby NC, the place was super clean, all the necessities were stocked and neat, everything was in place, so you didn’t have to guess where anything was. We had no WiFi problems and the place was spacious and looked EXACTLY like the pictures! 10/10 would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington. It’s so close to everything; shopping, restaurants, beaches, downtown, River Walk and more. The host was easy to communicate with, so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this apartment for a small family or a couple.」

「This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. 」
