"Clean rooms, but whole place needs an update. Also terrible breakfast experience. over £30 for 3 people for there to be hardly any food out (both hot and cold), complete waste of money."

"Stayed here with the family—great place, very quiet, and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, especially the full English breakfast. On closer inspection, the windows were a bit dusty, and the carpet had some hair on it. I’m not sure if this was due to the hotel being pet-friendly. The swimming pool timings were limited for kids (8–10 AM and 4–6 PM on weekdays), which was inconvenient. It would be better if these times were more flexible for families staying with children. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were very friendly."

"We were a party of 13 adults and we had the best time. Can’t fault anything at all and we even had sunshine!!! Spotless, spacious, well equipped, fantastic location, don’t have enough superlatives. We will definitely be back"

"Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet."
