「The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time.

「This property was immaculately clean and of good value. I tried another VRBO in this town two years ago without as much luck. It's a great value in relation to furnishings for cost. The property is located one-half block from the town's grocery store which made it convenient for ice and snacks. Kitchen furnishings were adequate as most folks visiting probably don't prepare meals.
