The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."
"There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. "

What really delights with all my stays at the Leela are the staff. They are so helpful and will go above and beyond.
During our stay I got a bit sick and needed some medicine, I'd called asking where we could find a drug store of pharmacy but instead was offered a ride to the closest one. Which was so helpful as we'd learned Google/Apple maps was not a reliable source!
They also offer late check-out for a reasonable price when your flight doesn't leave until late at night.

"I have purchased a room with Expedia and when reached have my us passport went to room was dirty sheets had cigarette burns and smells then they called me down stairs and said we can’t give you the room because your a us ID won’t work need a Indian ID so then after being denied and charged Expedia all won’t refund me . So now I wonder is the site even worth it anymore and can even refund me less than $20 makes me wonder I I had book for a week I would be out of luck from this company "
