「Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part. 」

「Picturesque spot and nice historic cottage. Easy access to hikes and comfortable accommodation. Access road is a little harrowing, tight but doable!」

「宿泊客は無料で使えるプール、温水ジャグジー、サウナが素晴らしかったです。私は使いませんでしたが、フィットネスもありました。 予約時点でいちばん安かった部屋（１泊１２０００円程度）に泊まりましたが、バスタブ付きで快適でした。部屋の冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターとポーションタイプの牛乳が冷やしてあり嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方はどなたも親切でしたし、レストランやバーも良心的な価格でした。 また近くに行くことがあれば必ず泊まりたいと思います。」

「朝食が大変おいしく毎日違うメニューを注文するのがとても楽しみでした。リビングの冷蔵庫に白ワインを冷やして、一日の散策後、外のバルコニーのテーブルでまったりする時間も最高でした。４つ星としたのはKeswickの街で夕食を取った後坂道を登って歩くのが少し大変だったから。」

「We had a lovely one night stay. We were warmly greeted and our room was spacious, up quite a few stairs so beware if you have heavy cases. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and used the hot tub. A well equipped gym was also available. The pool was very clean and a pleasant temperature. These facilities were all included in the room price but there is a limited timetable when you can use the pool due to lesson and member sessions. We ate dinner at the hotel which was very tasty and well presented....
