From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at £42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis. 'The Gateway to The Cheviots', as it is affectionately known as by locals, is home to hotels and eateries, while being close to the The Cheviots, forming part of the Pennine Way. Wooler is a fantastic base from which to explore both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. The Northumberland National Park is a short drive from Wooler, and also within easy reach is Alnwick, renowned for its castle, and Coldstream as you cross the Scottish border.
