"We booked a room with a washer and dryer but when we checked in we didn’t receive that room. Also, the shade was broken in our room so we had light filtering in all night. The shower didn’t work correctly and the bed was entirely too low. I was amazed the hotel didn’t even offer complimentary coffee. We ended up leaving a day early, despite the fact our room was already paid for, because of the condition of the room and the front desk person looked like she couldn’t care less. I will NEVER stay at a Choice Hotel again based on this one experience."

"The hotel and my room was surprisingly clean. Even the elevators were almost spotless. Full breakfast was decent. And I was relieved they had a bar. Couldn't find a pub anywhere near. After my day, I needed a beer."
