"I stayed on the 10th flloor, it was overlooking pool/party area. Too noisy on 6th floor, had 2 drunks shouting and fighting for 2hrs on 1 night, no intervention from hotel staff, until a guest informed them. Rooms, 3 hangers on leather straps held on by thumb tacs. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Varying room rate, seems like you pay more for noisy weekends"

"Thousands of guests in the hotel over the weekend and only 3 of 5 elevators worked. Sometimes the wait was longer than 20 minutes. Woke up one morning to a huge cockroach running around the room which I honestly couldn't recover from. Maid service never came so we had piled up wet dirty towels. Not a great stay at all. "

"They had so much going on. And only one elevator working. And we were on the 19th floor. The wait was 20-30 min . So we had to walk down 19 flights of steps with our bags to leave. That part was awful but the staff was amazing!"

"The staff in general left a lot to be desired. There was a strong weed smell in the elevators on the valet only floors (went down too far by mistake). It took forever to get our car when we needed it. I requested room service and all they did was take out the trash and put a few towels in the room. Will not be back to this location"
