"Pool heat didn’t work. Messaged host response was yes it is. It clearly wasn’t working and the other tenants said it was really warm all last week. Pool company finally came yesterday because other tenants complained and the pool company said heat wasn’t working because water level was too low and host only pays for once a week maintenance. On top of the filthy house upon move in terrible experience. Terrible host, terrible experience and recommend VRBO drop them as a host. "
