Room was clean and spacious. Parking was plentiful and free.

Clean room. Great bar cocktails & dinner. Lobby was nice to relax. Shuttle was quick & easy. Spa was warm but waiting on part for the jets. Nice staff & great bartender!

My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere. I have an autistic child and the rooms have an extra door that blocks the room from the bathroom area and high shelf’s that help a lot with putting things away so she can’t get into them. Also if you choose to get a room with a view it’s definitely worth it because you get to see the river and all of downtown Portland. This is an excellent choice if visiting Portland.

Great staff and nice place to stay. Parks up the street to walk my dog and close to shopping.

This hotel is just across the parking lot from the lightrail train-Max, It is great for transportation.
