This was a new fresh hotel with well decorated spacious rooms. My only complaint was the toilets are too low. It may be a hip hotel but parents and grandparents stay here for UC events.

Once again, the Claremont provided the perfect spot for my stay during a conference. The room, services, and location are all the best. I look forward to staying again as soon as possible.

i have had the opportunity to stay at the Kissel annually since it first opened. Nothing has changed--the service is excellent, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable!

I must say I’ve saved this property probably about 15 times. It’s kind of close to my house and I’ll meet up and it’s perfect convenient. The staff is always very friendly. It’s like a home away from home if I have any kind of stuff going on the house like Construction or whatever I go and stay there I rest it’s quiet. I love it. The walkway around the property is beautiful. Gives you a great view of the San Francisco skyline. It’s convenient to Oakland and it’s right off the freeway, but you don’t hear the freeway I would go and stay here anytime I have to recommend it’s economical as well and the food is great.

The room was so nice! Clean, comfortable, great view. I dropped the girls off at a concert and came back to snuggle up on the couch to watch a movie. The girls enjoyed sitting on the balcony while looking at the lights and listening to the train. The continental breakfast was excellent! The staff was kind and courteous and housekeeping was very helpful and professional.
