「The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Cozy with a beachy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. It was located right next to the beach access as well as close to Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway and a moment's drive to restaurants and shops. Amelia Island is a favorite of ours!」

「Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. 」

「Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!」

「We were disappinted at the lack of beach /ocean view and access. I had understood we had beach access directly from the house. Pool was great for the kids. My husband and i were unable to use the downstairs shower since the water never got hot enough even after allowing time for it to warm up. I had a broken foot, so i was looking forward to it, but couldnt use it. We loved the layout and structure but our paper plates kept getting stuck to the dining room table. 「Very impressed. Every area of this house was outfitted with whatever was needed from the kitchen to the linens. It was beautifully decorated, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had a couple of minor issues that was handled quickly and efficiently. 」

「Multiple balconies are nice, as well as all bedrooms have a king or queen bed. My kids are way past twin bunk bed age so this was a perfect size place my family, giving everyone their space to relax. Location is great and was very easy for us to go back and forth from beach to the house. Living room was comfy, and house was clean and well kept. Pleased with our visit! 」
