We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. "Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons."

There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."
