"My family had a wonderful time. The views are gorgeous the 21st floor of 2107 so much feels like a penthouse. The hostesses were very helpful in every respect. The condo was very roomy with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and easily sleeps eight people. We will definitely book this one again."

"The room was neglected for sure. It had NOT been cleaned. The sheets were dirty hand towel dirty and body towel dirty. The shower/tub was also dirty as well as the floors, clock, fridge/freezer handles. Do or animal hair everywhere and it smelled horrible I wanted to vomit. They could not change any rooms because it was fully booked but I didn’t put any of me belongings in the room since I had to leave immediately after check in. I just opened the door to ensure my key worked and noticed the horrible smell. When I came back I did not sleep well at all because of the filth I laid the cleanest towel down and had my personal hand towel which I used to put over the pillow and my personal blanket which I was fortunate to have! I would never stay here again and would like my money back. There was no one to help the next morning when I checked out and the sign stated to call a number to get help using the phone in the lobby but there was no phone in the lobby. Even another lady was there with her daughter checking out and she didn’t see the phone to call either. She left her key under the pull down gate at the desk and I did the same. This was a horrible experience. I would have slept in my car had it not been so cold and if I had a thicker blanket. I did go out at 1am to see if I could try but it was too cold."

"The house is great. It’s a great layout for a big family or group of friends to have their own space. Huge kitchen, lots of seating option and two sets of washer/dryers. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was the perfect temp to take a break from the beach but stay outside!The only real downfall of the house is the pool alarm(I’m sure it has to be there for safety/code reasons and completely understandable. If you’re not familiar with what it is, it’s pretty annoying with a high pitch buzz if the button is not pushed each time. I just wish there was a button on the outside to turn it off before opening the sliding door to go back in the house. Also, a way to be able to keep the door open longer. Other than that, the house is perfectly situated on the beach and we had no issues at all!!We would rent this house again for sure!! "

"Ok this place is not all bad it just need a lot of improvements with their room and equipment. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, we are very disappointed that the pool was under construction it would have been nice if they let us know ahead of time that the place was under construction since we were very excited to enjoy the beautiful pool but overall it was a very fun place and of course the beach."
