「Very beautiful 100 year old house, with period furnishings. It is very clean and the hostess was nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the town of Barre which has several dining options and nice downtown. The breakfast was excellent, made with local produce and ingredients. It is a great location as a base to visit different places in Vermont.」

「No anonymous decor here. Each room in this converted old home was uniquely furnished with period furniture and comfortable, though our room could use a good deep cleaning. Breakfast was very good and it was an easy walk to everything in town.」
