Room was in good condition, could use a dresser or cubby for clothes. Staff was very courteous. We stayed Friday - Monday, Friday night the nice lounge area was closed for a child’s birthday party, didn’t think that was good for customers who should be able to enjoy the amenities they’ve paid for. Sunday we felt like everything shut down because the weekend was over. Came back early from skiing and was very disappointed to see hot tub closed, no towels in the pool area, sauna off. I understand you have to re-group from the weekend but you still have paying customers.

We LOVED this hotel. The rooms were clean and just the right size for us. The outside area of the property is beautiful and the perfect place to sit on a nice evening. The front desk staff was very friendly.
