"Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell mit großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren zwischen den Jahren da, es hat geschneit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir die schöne große Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind entspannt und total freundlich. In Winsen-Innenstadt gibt es genügend Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"Check in was easy and the property was immaculately clean. Great location particularly for the Racecourse. There were certain minor things that just let things down a touch. There was no reply to my e-mail about leaving luggage on our departure, although I did eventually find a team member to check on this. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and there was no apology nor explanation. Over all, a good stay that could have been perfect."

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose. It took several hours to cool down the room each time we entered for the evening. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect."

"This is a really lovely apartment hotel in a former industrial building, the highlight of which is a Patanoster. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a lovely loft-style setting – high-quality produce such as a superb selection of cheeses, really good scrambled eggs, delicious croissants and so on. The only downsides this time were a) the heat (the room had no air conditioning, which isn’t usually a problem in Hamburg, but this week and last week were really sweltering) and b) the fact that during the week, after 10 pm when the bar closes, there’s no way to buy drinks or anything similar. A small vending machine would be helpful."
