「The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. 「0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...

「This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. "空港からメトロで1本、駅からホテルまではメインストリートを歩けばすぐで便利な立地でした。ヨークなどへ少し足を伸ばすにしても、中央駅も徒歩10〜15分くらいです。 偶然ですが、向かいにロブスターが美味しいシーフード屋さんがありました。 お部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんが、季節的に問題なかったのと、電子レンジで温めるものはレセプションに言えば対応していただけました。 お部屋は暖房らしいものはありましたが、スイッチを入れても作動せず…寒すぎるわけではなかったので結局使いませんでした。 スリッパや歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーはありました。 残念だった点としては お部屋は清潔ではありましたが、1度、交換されたタオルが茶色く汚れていました。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、シャワーに時間がかかりました。シャワーとは別に浴槽はあるものの、そこは蛇口のみでシャワーはついていなくて浴槽を洗いづらかった点です。"
