「room was very clean and modern. the only downside was it was a bit dark could do with mirror being near window . breakfast was ok not worth the flat rate we were charged tho. better value eating else where. evening meal was great lots of choice and portions huge. staff were very friendly and helpful. loads of parking spaces for being a large and busy hotel. lovely swimming pool.would definitely stay again」

「The hall is beautiful with nice gardens and lots of character. Unfortunately the spa was very full and therefore not enjoyable and we had a terrible nights sleep because there is zero soundproofing, we could hear everything from the room above us and any movement in the corridor. I particularly loved our characterful room and view and the surprise jetted bathtub, but even though we turned the radiators off the large pipes throughout the room were still providing too much heat so we had to...

「 I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. 」

「Room was clean and staff friendly. TV only had 2 channels that worked and when you flush the toilet the bedroom walls shook as if something was going to errupt from within. Breakfast was a disapointment and not worth. It was meant to serve until 10:30 but at 9am it was like locusts had attacked. Whilst hot food did eventually get restocked the pastries etc didnt. 」

「Easy check in service and fast too. Also happy to note parking was free for the Saturday night which was unexpected. Highly recommend the hotel. 」
