"Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. "We booked to stay for two nights in celebration of my sisters pending wedding. We were are a group of 10 women mid 30s to 50s. Thorn house was loved by all of us, it had everything we needed, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. There are shops near by and you get 30% off a specific chinese takeaway when staying at Thorn house. We explored Oxford, which is a 30 min drive.
