The hotel is located at the very end of Navy Pier and uncomfortable for reaching the city center. Check-in was long and the staff was unpleasant. Our toilet didn’t work and the room was dirty. Chicago is filled with hotel options. Skip this one.

My family and I paid for a premium 2-bedroom unit at the Sentral Michigan Avenue location, and we didn’t mind paying extra for the best experience. Sky views from the unit were amazing; however, these units have great potential but lack a feeling of cleanliness. As a person in real estate, I know that perception is everything. Unfortunately, I felt the unit had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom doors had makeup stains from previous guests, and there was an unpleasant odor in the unit. While the floors were beautiful, they didn’t appear to have been swept or mopped. The rugs in both rooms were visibly stained, which set a negative tone for our entire stay. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in that unit, especially considering the premium price we paid. I have a suggestion: please remove the stained couch cover and the stained rug. Additionally, when we visited the pool area, we sat by the window near the broken water fountains and noticed a lot of dead bugs in the window. The cushions were also noticeably discolored. I urge you to reinvest in your property; it has so much more potential. Furthermore, please update the pictures on your website, as they are misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the property. While leaving the pool area, I spoke with another vacationer who expressed that his unit also was not worth the price he paid, along with some other choice words. I hope you take this feedback to heart and make improvements.
