Booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Bedding was very stained but the smoke smell was bad enough we both had trouble falling asleep.

Don't book the hotel. Hotel is disgusting. The first room we were given had hair and stains on the sheets, dead bugs in the floor, nothing had been swept and cleaned in a while and I wonder of they ever clean their sheets. We were given another room when I went back to front desk unhappy with the first room. The second room wasn't much better. Floors were better but the sheets were so gross with stains and other peoples hair. We went to another hotel. They did give me a refund on the room.

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.
